Single story (ground floor) suitable for assisted walking and wheelchair users and step free access throughout (except for Kitchen door step).
Open plan kitchen, dining and living room with wood burning stove and deep window seats to cosy up with a book and a burn view.
2 bedrooms arranged with either twin or super king beds, each has a large window offering woodland views and direct access to the patio and sitting room. Hair dryer provided.
The en-suite bedroom has an enclosed shower and the other bedroom has an adjacent walk-in wet room with a ceiling and wall mounted shower, folding shower seat, grab rails, comfort height toilet and easy access sink.
Discover nature amongst the semi ancient woodland on your doorstep rich with mosses, ferns and lichen. A 3yr woodland restoration programme enabled the native woodland to recover. Walk the circular route alongside the burn and stop to enjoy the woodland around you. Watch the red squirrels and deer that sometimes roam as well as listening to the cuckoos and owls all within the 3 acre garden.
